First and foremost, I’m a proud Mom of three - two boys and one girl - who keep me on my toes between soccer games, theater rehearsals, and everyday adventures. I’m also a NICU mom myself, which has given me not only professional insight but also a deeply personal understanding of the challenges families face during those early days. My professional background is a Registered Nurse and expert in neonatal care with over 15years experience caring for critically ill newborns in level III and VI NICUs. With a strong background in NICU care and years of involvement in my community I am passionate about combining professional expertise with real life experience to guide, educate, and support families. As both a clinician and a parent, I know firsthand how overwhelming and isolating the journey in the NICU can feel. Thats why I have co-founded a newborn and NICU education platform dedicated to supporting families through every stage of that journey. Together with a fellow NICU nurse (who happens to be my wife) we will offer compassionate, evidence-based education that empowers parents with confidence and clarity that they deserve.

For over 12 years, Lauren has dedicated her career to caring for the most fragile patients as a NICU nurse in a level III neonatal intensive care unit. Her expertise extends far beyond clinical skill - she is known for her ability to connect with families during their most vulnerable moments, offering both guidance and compassion. Laurens gift for building meaningful relationships reaches into the community as well, where she is actively involved and deeply valued. As a mom to her daughter and two stepsons, she brings both professional insight and real-life parenting experience to the families she supports. Blending knowledge , empathy and warmth, Lauren is passionate about empowering parents with the confidence they need to care for their little ones. Co-founding this education platform alongside Krystie, she is driven by a shared mission: to make the NICU world less overwhelming for parents by offering clear, compassionate and evidence-based education.Whether Lauren is guiding a family through a prenatal diagnosis or preparing them for life at home with a newborn, she brings a steady presence and a heart for healing.
