First and foremost, I’m a proud Mom of three - two boys and one girl - who keep me on my toes between soccer games, theater rehearsals, and everyday adventures. I’m also a NICU mom myself, which has given me not only professional insight but also a deeply personal understanding of the challenges families face during those early days. My professional background is a Registered Nurse and expert in neonatal care with over 15years experience caring for critically ill newborns in level III and VI NICUs. With a strong background in NICU care and years of involvement in my community I am passionate about combining professional expertise with real life experience to guide, educate, and support families. As both a clinician and a parent, I know firsthand how overwhelming and isolating the journey in the NICU can feel. Thats why I have co-founded a newborn and NICU education platform dedicated to supporting families through every stage of that journey. Together with a fellow NICU nurse (who happens to be my wife) we will offer compassionate, evidence-based education that empowers parents with confidence and clarity that they deserve.

For over 12 years, I have dedicated my career to caring for the most fragile patients as a NICU nurse in a level III neonatal intensive care unit. My expertise extends far beyond clinical skill - I pride myself on my ability to connect with families during their most vulnerable moments, offering both guidance and compassion. My passion for building meaningful relationships reaches into the community as well, where I am actively involved and deeply connected. As a mom to my daughter and two stepsons, I bring both professional insight and real-life parenting experience to the families I support. Experiencing the birthing process and supporting my wife through postpartum taught me so much and deepened my compassion for every stage of pregnancy and newborn life. The experience has enriched my ability to support the families we serve through our business. Blending knowledge , empathy and warmth, I am passionate about empowering parents with the confidence they need to care for their little ones. Co-founding this education platform alongside Krystie, I am driven by a shared mission: to make the NICU world less overwhelming for parents by offering clear, compassionate and evidence-based education. Whether I am guiding a family through a prenatal diagnosis or preparing them for life at home with a newborn, I hope to bring a steady presence and a heart for healing.

Beyond the NICU, our comprehensive newborn care and education classes prepare families for the transition home, instilling confidence in every aspect of daily care. From feeding and soothing techniques to safe sleep and infant wellness, we ensure parents leave feeling ready to embrace life at home with their baby. Our specialized breastfeeding and lactation support, along with thoughtfully designed sibling classes, create a holistic foundation of care - empowering the entire family to thrive.
